The food tables:
just yummy.
That's enough said.
Yummy.
First was a tangerine criss-cross, patterned
taffeta. We added a white, raised-floral ribbon for the edging.
Again, the brides gerbera daisies - the bright colored,
blingy votive holders helped to round this table out!
In keeping with the theme...
{I love a theme!}
This centerpiece is a tall, sexy vase filled w/gumballs
in the brides' colors. We put the daisies as the
"ice cream" part of the old-fashioned sundae...
and even bent some 'pixie stix' so it resembled a sundae to be shared!
No detail was overlooked.
I think the b&w striped ribbon around the edging gives this table just enough POP!
The last look was this apple green striped linen.
I bought these fab.u.lous placemats months ago -
they add another element to this table
w/the black candelabra sitting on it.
Imagine these tables when it was dark and lit up?
A.mazing. fun!!
An overview of the party.
We hung light strands across the yard
to give it some fun lighting.
{didn't need it for light, but they add an element of awesomeness!}
Do you notice the green & white striped
fabric on the gazebo?
It's the Italian Soda station...
so fun!
We hung penant flags in there and all around...
you will see some in the next photo!
Some of the penant flags...
They really add a ton to the party -
even the smallest details make
BIG STATEMENTS!
{Not shown: the oh! so cute! oversized polka dot balloons that helped guests find their way to the party...
and to mark the entrance. I just love those, too!}
Thank you Stapley family for letting me be a part
of such an important day!
xoxo -m
p.s. I didn't show her cake, but it was equally fun!
It was three tiers of rice krispy treats -- mostly for show...
you don't probably need cake when you're on a sugar high w/the
yummy ice cream and soda - I think it's ingenious!
