Thankful for cheesey potatoes and MOIST porkloin!

I had the privelege to cook for a friend for her family {after thanksgiving} thanksgiving dinner... the inspiration was a picture I found of a chandelier printed on burlap... I got two of them. One had a little bird w/a robin egg blue crown and the other w/a plum crown. I based the entire color scheme around that.

It wasn't way over the top - it was just enough... it was fun, and it surprised me how much I loved these colors together... plum, turqoise & brown.

the food was good
{I might toot my own horn right now}...
in fact it was super good!
Herb-crusted pork tenderloin - super moist,
cheesey scalloped red potatoes,
pear & apple cashew salad w/poppy seed dressing,
fresh baked rolls and crudite in a cup w/ranch.
Christmas cupcakes topped the party off.

I can't have a party w/o a little polka dots...
{sorry they just seem to show up everywhere I go!}

Do those crudite cups look delish??! Ummm...yeah, they were!

How fun to have a family dinner and NOT have to cook all day or CLEAN UP afterward.
I was glad to do it! Love ya, Crystal!
