Kayla & Joseph 4/20/10...guest tables/centers

Kayla ordered polka dots...and lots of them.

(but NO bling - k, maybe I snuck a tiny bit in...

and NO ruffles...not too girlie!

I think we gave her exactly what she wanted...;)

You have to be careful that you don't overdue a pattern you love --

I LOVE POLKA DOTS...and I love this shade of green, too!

I think we found a really great balance of

black and white pattern, w/stripes & polka dots...

and brought the green in just enough.

Here's the green table: apple green damask runner... you know I love me some damask!

(notice the harlequin ribbon in b/w...really, really love that, too!)

The third table was a black table with the striped skirt that

I've fallen in love with...

(couldn't even help using it on this table!)


A closer look at the centerpieces: flowers w/a touch of some of that green!
(I adore the vase we used, too!...another opportunity for pattern, w/o overduing it!)

I have these candelabra's in black & white now...

I think they're absolutely gorgeous!
